We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your Kusuma experience is seamless and prompt. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email to stay updated on your delivery status.Shipping Options:

Return Policy:
Please note that once your return is received at our warehouse, it takes our team approximately 7-10 business days to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email from us.
With the exception of final sale items, all merchandise is eligible for return if returned within 14 days of receiving the item for return or exchange. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
Please email info@kusumacollection.com to receive a free return label. Your refund or exchange will be processed following receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned item.
All returns and exchanges must have original tags attached and cannot show any sign of wear, alterations, or damages. Upon receipt of returned goods, Kusuma reserves the right to deny the return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. In this case, the merchandise will be mailed back.
